Maximizing the per watt of power consumption and optimizing the overall light output is the cardinal design principle from which all our products stem. We also make sure that we adhere to the following during product development: 

• We make use of LEDs having High Power (1watt and more) of reputed international brands.
• We select LEDs in line with the exact BIN as requested by the client.
• We employ extra optics so as to optimize the light output. We also ensure that we use A-quality lens for offering minimum light depreciation or light loss.
• The quality and purity of aluminum is assured as we only use LM-06 GRADE aluminum while making our products.

Quality Policy

At Olive Exports Private Limited, we abide by ISO 9001: 2008 standards that helps us bring forth impeccable products to valued customers. Components like heat sink, LEDs, MC PCBs, drivers, wires and other accessories are culled from reputed vendors. In sync with our quality management program, a team of quality evaluators and auditors keep a tab on the entire process, right from order receipt, testing of raw materials, product designing to dispatch of finished LED Indoor Lights and LED Bay Flood Lights to clients specified locations. 

Infrastructure 

Our growth is an offshoot of our robust infrastructural setup at Manesar, Gurgaon. Having a total factory plot size of around 450 sq. mtrs. (and a built up area: >15000 sq. ft, installed capacity: >5000 PCS), it promotes flawless product development, quality testing, product safekeeping, product labeling, product packaging and product delivery. Our design facility has provision for CAD/CAM and our manufacturing facilities and testing labs are outfitted with hi tech equipment and instruments.
